The Washington County Facility Management Office is seeking bids to remodel existing office space and modify the existing parking area at the Washington County Herbert J Tennies Government Center building. This project is a phased interior remodel that consists of a remodeling of three floors of County office area in the Government Center. The project also includes reconstruction of an access drive, parking lot revisions, other site revisions, and site and landscaping work associated with the site reconstruction. Key aspects of the project include: • Remodeling of approximately 2,170 square feet for the Facilities Department • Remodeling of approximately 2,412 square feet for the Treasurer & Register of Deeds Departments • Remodeling of approximately 1,508 square feet for the County Clerk Department • Reconstruction of an access drive and parking lot revisions • Site and landscaping work associated with the site reconstruction All interior work shall be substantially completed to Washington County’s satisfaction no later than November 13, 2026, and all site-related work shall be substantially completed to Washington County’s satisfaction no later than November 7, 2025.
