Description:
The State of New Mexico is seeking bids for a Logging Recorder system to capture 911 incident information from call-takers at Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) across the state. The system should be able to interface with other systems, be flexible to accommodate future technological advances, and provide features such as support for various communication protocols, integration with NG911 infrastructure, scalability, high availability, quality assurance, encryption, and security. The contract will be for a term of four calendar years from the date of award.
