The State of Mississippi, Department of Finance and Administration, is seeking proposals from manufacturers for traffic signal parts. The contract will be for a period of one year, from July 1st to June 30th. The proposal should include a signed letter from an authorized representative, a dealers list, a price list, and other required documents. The manufacturer must also provide a purchase summary and attest to the accuracy of the information. The contract will be awarded to all manufacturers that submit proposals and are in compliance with the format. • The manufacturer must provide all products and services in strict accordance with the specifications outlined in the document. • The manufacturer must submit invoices electronically throughout the term of the agreement. • The manufacturer must comply with the State of Mississippi's Standard Terms and Conditions. • The manufacturer must review the Sample Contract provided in Attachment H prior to submitting a proposal.
