The project involves the construction of three new large pavilions at Gwen Cherry Park. The pavilions will include picnic tables, trash receptacles, lightning protection, BBQ grill areas, water hose bibs, and electricity to connect ceiling fans with integrated LED lighting systems. New pathways will be provided for each shelter adjacent to the existing walkway. A new water fountain and a new water mister station will also be installed near the existing playground. The contractor must obtain and submit all necessary permits prior to performing any work. The experience requirement for the bidder or subcontractor is to have completed at least two projects of similar size and scope.
