The Cowlitz County Public Facilities District is seeking a design-build firm for the Cowlitz County Event Center Improvements Ph. 1 & 2 project. The project will utilize the Progressive Design-Build delivery method and consists of two phases: Phase 1 includes renovations, upgrades, and expansion of the existing Regional Conference Center facility, while Phase 2 includes the design and construction of a new Multi-purpose Facility of approximately 40,000sf. The total budget for Phase 1 is $8,750,000, and the total budget for Phase 2 is $21,000,000.
