The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System is seeking sources capable of providing Single Columned Medical Supply Carts. The carts must be medical grade, have a roll-top door, and be a single column design. They must also have a minimum of four casters with locking features on at least two casters, and be able to fit/accommodate a minimum of 9” basket, 6” basket, and 3” tray. The contractor must provide installation of the medical carts. • The procurement of a specialized single-column medical supply cart aligns with hospital standards for organizational efficiency and meets contract requirements established by the healthcare facility. • The procurement of this equipment will reduce clutter for TJC standards and optimize space allocation, in addition to improve supply organization and inventory management. • The contractor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM signed. • The contractor must provide a capabilities statement illustrating how their organization can meet the list of SOW requirements. • The contractor must indicate the size status and representations of their business.
