The University of North Florida is seeking an architect to design and facilitate the construction of a new UNF Honors College Academic Building. The scope of services includes providing complete architectural design and construction oversight of the project. The estimated construction budget for this project is $13,685,000. Key requirements include: • Providing programming and schematic design • Experience working with a Construction Manager early in the design process • Ability to keep a project's design in line with a strict budget • Experience with construction administration and project closeout The selection criteria will be based on the firm's experience, ability to provide programming and schematic design, experience with budgeting, and experience working with a Construction Manager.
