The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, is hosting an Industry Day/Presolicitation Conference for the Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) Barracks Project at Fort Campbell, KY. The project involves constructing a standard design barracks to accommodate 312 unaccompanied enlisted personnel. The proposed project includes primary facilities such as living and sleeping quarters, baths, storage, service areas, building information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, antiterrorism measures, intrusion detection system, and Energy Monitoring Control Systems connection. Supporting facilities include site development, utilities, exterior lighting, paving, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, storm drainage, landscaping, and signage. The project will incorporate cybersecurity measures, sustainability/energy measures, and will be designed to a minimum life of 40 years.
