Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase a software TMS work order system called TMS Advanced Package and TMS Segment improved by Accruent LLC , which include above ceiling permits, overtime tracking, ILSMS, Joint Commission tracking, and electronic purchasing requisitions forms, and four(4) Segments. A sealed bid will not be held. Also, Accruent LLC is the sole manufacturer, supplier, distributor, and service provider for EMS software. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law § 139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law.
