Entities interested in submitting an expression of interest must do so by March 25, 2026. • The proposed space must be a contiguous space to meet the ABOA SF listed above. • Cannot be collocated with law enforcement agencies. • Hours of operation are 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday. • The space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. • A fully serviced lease is required. • The space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).
