The Colorado Parks and Wildlife is seeking bids for the construction of a 40'x40' pre-engineered metal building with 10'x40' lean-to storage at the Radium SWA site. The project includes site grading and earthwork, concrete foundation, electrical service, water supply, and gas heat system. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and installing all materials and labor for the completion of the project.
