The University is looking for a proposer with an established record of providing high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective food services in the higher education market. • The University has over 10,000 students, with a diverse range of cultural and economic backgrounds. • The University requires students living in certain residence facilities to purchase a meal plan. • The University has eight different food service locations operating on campus. • The University is seeking a proposer that can provide high-quality food services, with a focus on customer satisfaction, marketing efforts, and quality of catering. • The proposer must have a minimum of five years of experience in providing university food and beverage services, and a minimum of ten current accounts with public universities with a student population of at least 10,000. • The proposer must also have a management and leadership team that has demonstrated the capability to provide superlative food service to university customers.
