The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking bids for weekly uniform and shop supply rentals. The contract will require the provision of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide weekly coverall and shop supply rentals. The bid must include all required attachments, and the bidder must be licensed to do business in California. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder. • The contract will be for the Siskiyou Unit (SKU) of CAL FIRE. • The bidder must have a business license or incorporation papers for their respective state, if the bidder's base of operation is located outside California. • The contract will require compliance with all federal, state, city, and county laws, rules, or regulations affecting the work. • The bidder must provide commercial general liability insurance, worker's compensation insurance, and commercial automobile insurance. • The contract will include provisions for camp access, tax delinquencies, debarment and suspension certification, and small business or disabled veteran business enterprise certification.
