The City of Victoria is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish the Riverside Park Building Foundation, including demolition and disposal of a 34,500 SF concrete slab and excavation and disposal of approximately 6,500 CY of earthen embankment. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all applicable permits and inspections, providing performance and payment bonds, and furnishing the City with all manufacturers' warranties and operations and maintenance manuals for all equipment installed. The project is expected to be completed within a proposed duration submitted by the Proposer in calendar days.
