Description:
The City of Cincinnati is seeking a landscape architect to design and oversee the construction of a new playground at Sawyer Point, replacing the 1000 Hands Playground that was destroyed by a fire. The selected landscape architect will work with the City and a playground vendor to design a best-in-class playground, recommend ADA upgrades, and provide construction administration services. The project includes four major components: collaborating with the playground vendor to design the playground, recommending a plan for necessary ADA upgrades, providing construction administration for the playground and accessibility upgrades, and conducting a site analysis of Sawyer Point.
