SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University ("SUNY DHSU") hereby seeks Request for Proposal (RFP) from vendors with telecom technology services and expertise who will act on behalf of SUNY-DHSU before the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) Healthcare Connect fund (HFC) to seek approval and expense reimbursement in broad connectivity. The following are services and requirements: Vendor must provide a plan how they will secure and keep SUNY-DHSU as a participating entitiy, and continuosly guarunteed a slot in the consortiums. Vendir must enusre SUNY-DHSU is complaint with FCC HCF regulations and maintains the FCC required rural to uran site ration during the entire term of the contract. Vendor is paid only after reimbursement is approved and disbursed to SUNY-DHSU. Vendor must be able to apply for RHC funding for 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029 & 2030 and have experience operating yearly reimbursements of FCC-HCF. Minimum Qualifiactions of Eligible Organization: Vendor has minimum of (5) years experience working with a similar size hospital such as SUNY-DHSU. All requirements are listed on the excel document labled Exhibit B " Mandatory Requirements". Attached to this advertisement. Services and items listed would be provided for a term of five (5) years.
