The Town of Scituate is seeking sealed bids for the replacement of the shingle roof and other repairs at the historic Cudworth House and Barn properties. The project includes shingle roof removal and replacement, trim and fascia repair, chimney cap repairs, and interior roof rafter/beam replacement. • The bid documents can be obtained from accounting@scituatema.gov. • An optional pre-bid conference will be held at 10AM on April 6, 2026, at the Cudworth House site. • Sealed bids will be received and publicly opened and read at 10:00 a.m. on April 21, 2026, in the Office of the Town Administrator, Town Hall, Scituate, MA. • The Town Administrator reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to waive any informality, to divide the award, and to accept any bid deemed in the best interest of the Town of Scituate.
