Description:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District is seeking a contractor to deliver a man lift air winch to John Day Lock and Dam. The air winch will be used by personnel at John Day to carry out maintenance on the Main Generating Units located in the powerhouse. The contractor will be responsible for providing the air winch, as well as certificates of material, warranty, and NDE testing to the Government. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the contractor will be required to provide a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items.
