The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to provide residential HVAC maintenance at various locations within Valley Forge National Historical Park in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supplies, materials, facilities, and equipment to perform the maintenance. The contract will be for a period of 48 months, with options for renewal. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). • The contractor will be required to perform maintenance on residential HVAC systems, including inspections, repairs, and replacements. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and materials to perform the maintenance. • The contractor will be required to have a SAM registration and provide documentation to demonstrate the ability to meet the requirements described in the attached Statement Of Work and the Evaluated Factors. • The contractor will be required to submit quotes electronically, with a subject line of "VAFO Residential HVAC Maintenance – 140P4225Q0034". • The contractor will be required to attend a site visit on July 7, 2025, at 10:00am Eastern Time.
