The New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is releasing this Request for Expressions of Interest to gather information from vendors on doing business with the agency. DEP is seeking highly qualified, thoughtful, and innovative design, construction management, and engineering professional services firms to propose on future water supply and wastewater capital construction work. The purpose of this RFEI is to ensure that a wide array of such firms are aware of our program, as well as to solicit feedback from those firms currently working for us. Answers will inform how DEP, as an Owner, can cultivate a more successful business framework with the industry.
