The West Virginia Department of Education is seeking a vendor to provide internet access services, web hosting, and domain name services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to seven additional one-year terms. The vendor will be required to provide a designated E-Rate contact, file their Service Provider Annual Certification (SPAC) Form 473 annually, and maintain documentation for a minimum period of ten years to meet federal E-Rate requirements. • Internet access services with speeds of up to 200 Gbps • Web hosting services with unlimited storage and bandwidth • Domain name services with unlimited domains • Compliance with federal E-Rate requirements • Provision of a timeline for transfer of hosted websites, DNS entries, and listserv services to the new system without loss of service or connectivity
