SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking to license/lease space to house facilities maintenance equipment, vehicles, and maintenance support staff meeting the following minimum requirements: • Heated and air conditioned staff and storage space with immediately adjacent paved open/parking space • Within 2 blocks of the Downstate Campus (450 Clarkson Avenue) • On a single level • Requires direct street access • Approximately 9,000 to 10,000 gross square feet • Occupancy capacity of approximately 10 to 20 staff • To include at least 2,000 sq ft of enclosed space and with dedicated restroom facilities and at least 7,000 sq ft of open paved space • On site parking for multiple facilities support vehicles Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) MBE Goal: 0.00% WBE Goal: 0.00%
