The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to repair and replace the perimeter fence at the Woodland CF facility. The scope of work includes removing the existing fence, installing a new anti-climb razor mesh panel, and providing and installing shaker wire and flex wire to the first three panels of fencing. The contractor will also need to install a new detainer hook razor ribbon to the line roof of the admin building and add an additional zone to the detection system.
