Auburn University is seeking proposals for the temporary installation of multi-row aluminum bleacher seating to support the Southeastern Conference Track Meet at the Hutsell-Rosen Track Stadium. The project scope includes the addition of approximately 1,500 seats along the east side of the stadium to enhance spectators’ capacity and experience. • The installation should be completed by April 17th, 2026, and removed after the conclusion of the event on May 16th, 2026. • The contract term will be from the date awarded until the conclusion of the event on May 16th, 2026. • Proposers should submit a fixed-price proposal for total operational requirements, including installation, rentals, and removal of stands. • The evaluation criteria include pricing (50%), history and past performance (45%), and complete/thorough proposal (5%).
