The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, is seeking to negotiate a sole source purchase order for replacement monitors for a Skytron SkyVision Ascend IP TAVR Video Integration Unit in the TAVR Lab Room E-747. The equipment must be installed and deinstalled by an authorized installer for Skytron Ascend IP equipment. The video integration system controls the current Skytron equipment, such as surgical and wall displays, surgical lights, and in-light surgical cameras. The system allows multiple configurations of the monitors' inputs in the TAVR Lab. * The replacement monitor system must be compatible with the existing Skytron equipment in the TAVR lab. * The equipment must be installed and deinstalled by an authorized installer for Skytron Ascend IP equipment. * The video integration system controls the current Skytron equipment, such as surgical and wall displays, surgical lights, and in-light surgical cameras. * The system allows multiple configurations of the monitors' inputs in the TAVR Lab. * The replacement monitor system is the only equipment that can integrate into the other Skytron equipment currently in use in the TAVR lab.
