The School Board of Brevard County, Florida is seeking bids for Window Tinting & Graphic Lamination Services. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors to furnish window tinting & graphic lamination services on an as needed basis. The scope of work includes standard window tinting for security, privacy, and UV protection, as well as graphic lamination window film, including design, tinting, and installation. The contractor will be required to provide and install window film that meets the minimum requirements outlined in the specifications. Some key responsibilities include: • Removing old window films, treatments, and screens • Preparing the surface where the film is to be applied • Cleaning up the work area and reinstalling window treatments and screens • Providing notification to room occupants regarding window film application • Ensuring all edges are smooth, with no bubbles or imperfections • Conducting a final inspection to ensure proper application The District is looking for a contractor who can provide high-quality services, meet the minimum requirements, and ensure the longevity and optimal performance of the window tinting treatments.
