The City of Sylvania is seeking engineering firms to provide services for federally funded projects related to community and economic development. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER), design, and construction administration services. The project may include Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Redevelopment Fund Projects (RDF), and other federally funded projects.
