The Gatesville Independent School District is seeking proposals for the materials and installation of a baseball backstop netting and poles system at the Gatesville High School baseball field. The system should include a 50’ x 128’ complete suspension backstop netting system, 4 painted black steel poles, galvanized wire cable and hardware, and all necessary materials and labor for installation. The project requires a professional custom fit of the netting to the top of the new wall. Proposers must provide a completed proposal packet, including all required forms and attachments, by the deadline. The district reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities. • The backstop netting system should be made of #36 DuPont knotted nylon material, double UV-treated. • The steel poles should be structurally engineered and embedded in 3000psi concrete. • The galvanized wire cable and hardware should be included in the proposal. • The proposer should provide all necessary materials, equipment, and labor for the project. • The project should be completed in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the RFP.
