The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance services at Grand Forks Air Force Base (GFAFB) in North Dakota. The contractor will be required to maintain grounds, including mowing, edging, trimming, and irrigation system maintenance, as well as tree trimming and removal, and removing snow and ice from designated areas. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to perform the work. The key responsibilities of the contractor will include: • Maintaining grounds to different levels of care (improved, semi-improved, etc.) • Irrigation system maintenance • Tree trimming and removal • Removing snow and ice from designated areas • Providing all personnel, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to perform the work.
