The County of Ocean is seeking a contractor to provide water well maintenance and construction services. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining potable wells, performing quarterly inspections, and providing a per unit price for inspections. The contractor will also be responsible for reading and recording water diversion sources on a monthly basis, and for submitting annual water usage reports to the NJ DEP. The contractor must have a minimum of five years' experience and proficiency in NJ DEP water compliance and enforcement. • The contractor will provide a list of at least five completed Program Interest ID and Water Use Registrations and Activities that are maintained with the DEP for at least five years. • The contractor must be proficient in the NJ DEP Online and My Work Space with regards to program interest and activity responsibilities. • The contractor must include, with the bid, monthly and annual water usage and reports, new metering form submission, water diversion, water utilization, and monitoring results submittals.
