Description:
The 50th Security Forces Squadron requires an Apptricity Enterprise Asset and Inventory Management v7x system to track and maintain accountability of its assets. The system must be AFNET approved, RFID Air Force Approved, and provide immediate inventory reports, warehouse layout management, and real-time issues and turn-in reports. The system will streamline custodial inventory report accountability, individual inventory management, and warehouse management. The contract includes delivery, implementation, and configuration of the network, installation of production and staging servers, onsite training, and 5 user licenses. The system must be compliant with the Air Force Evaluated Product List (EPL) and be a web-based system. • The system must provide immediate inventory reports, warehouse layout management, and real-time issues and turn-in reports. • The system must be AFNET approved and RFID Air Force Approved. • The system must provide onsite training and 5 user licenses. • The system must be compliant with the Air Force Evaluated Product List (EPL) and be a web-based system. • The contract includes delivery, implementation, and configuration of the network, installation of production and staging servers.
