The City of Farmington Hills is accepting bids for the purchase and delivery of two (2) 5-6,000-gallon capacity polyethylene storage cone style tanks with a 15-degree cone, including two approved stands and all parts and accessory components necessary to ensure the tanks are fully operational. The tanks will be used for an existing multi-tank facility and must have an outlet and inlet in each tank. The bidder must submit proposed flange placement details, including installation plans, drawings, and/or schematics, for review and approval by the City of Farmington Hills Department of Public Works (DPW) staff. • The tanks must have a three-year warranty for manufacturer defects. • The bidder must provide proof of insurance coverage, including worker's compensation, commercial general liability, and automobile liability. • The bidder must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. • The contract may be terminated with 30 days' written notice.
