The Iowa Communications Network (ICN) is seeking bid proposals from vendors who can provide an integrated telecommunications Business Support System (BSS) and Operating Support System (OSS) solution. The solution must integrate with the ICN's existing core systems, including NetPlus and ServiceNow, and replace or automate manual integrations. The ICN will evaluate proposals based on their ability to meet the requirements of the core systems, as well as their ability to provide additional functionality and automate manual processes. • The solution must be able to process data accurately, including leap year calculations. • The solution must be able to integrate with other hardware and software systems. • The vendor must provide a warranty for the solution, including repair or replacement of non-compliant items. • The vendor must permit the ICN to access and examine its records, including financial records and accounting records. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to taxes and licensing fees.
