The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the NOAA Disaster Response Center in Mobile, Alabama. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing labor, supervision, supplies, tools, materials, and equipment to maintain a clean and functional facility. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering factors such as price, technical acceptability, and past performance.
