Budget Estimate (AI):

$130,000 – $156,000

Based on the estimated annual weight of urine specimens (260,000 lbs) and the requirement for the contractor to deliver and maintain at least 20 containers on site, the budget for this contract could be substantial. Assuming an average cost of $0.10 per pound for medical waste disposal, the total annual cost would be $26,000. With a base year and four option years, the total contract value could be around $130,000 to $156,000, depending on the actual costs and the exercise of option years.
