Budget Estimate (AI):

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The estimated budget for this contract can be determined by considering the scope of work and the required services. The contract requires the vendor to provide security and alarm services, including installation, monitoring, and maintenance, for a period of 5 years. The vendor must also provide routine and emergency maintenance and repairs, as well as training for MSDH staff. Given the complexity of the services required and the duration of the contract, a reasonable estimate for the budget could be between $500,000 and $2,000,000. This estimate takes into account the cost of equipment, labor, and other expenses associated with providing the required services. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the vendor's experience and qualifications, the level of competition for the contract, and the specific requirements of the Mississippi State Department of Health.
