The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) - Forest Service is soliciting bids for the Caribou-Targhee Dubois Reroofing of Housing Units project. The project involves removing and replacing metal roofs on 7 housing units at the Dubois Administrative Site. The work includes tearing off and disposing of the existing roofing and installation of new metal roofing, flashing, ridge vent, ice and water shield, vented soffit, and fascia on 5 dwellings and 2 garages. • The project is located in Clark County, Idaho, approximately 50 miles north of Idaho Falls. • The contractor will be required to provide temporary toilet facilities (porta-potty) at the site during all construction work. • The contractor must comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Department of Agriculture Acquisition Regulation (AGAR). • The contractor will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach, with price being more important than past performance.
