The project involves cleaning, preparing, towing, and sinking the vessel according to county, commission, state, and federal regulatory standards. Key aspects of the project include: • Removal of fuel and oil from the vessel • Cleaning and preparation of the vessel for reefing • Towing and sinking of the vessel at the designated reef site • Compliance with all permit conditions and regulatory requirements The successful bidder will be required to provide proof of valid insurance, including Jones Act insurance and Maritime insurance, and must have a valid Unique Entity Identifier Number (UEI) and be fully registered with the Federal System for Award Management (SAMS) if federal funds are used.
