The County of Mohave is seeking bids for a one-year annual, firm, fixed-price, requirements Contract for a designated County newspaper for the purpose of publication of public legal notices and advertising. The successful bidder will be required to provide printing and publishing services for legal notices, display advertising, and classified box line advertising. The contract will commence upon award and will remain in effect for a period of one year, with the option for the County to renew the contract for four additional one-year periods. • The contract requires the successful bidder to provide an affidavit of publication for each legal notice published. • The bidder must also provide a copy of the material published under this contract with a copy of the issued invoice. • The County reserves the right to obtain services on the open market if the successful bidder fails to print and publish in accordance with the requirements of this Contract. • The contract includes provisions for payment discounts, taxes, and insurance requirements. • The successful bidder will be required to maintain all necessary licenses and permits and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
