The RAISE East-West Transit Priority Project: Phase 1 is a construction project for transit and pedestrian infrastructure improvements in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. The project includes the construction of bus stop landing areas, concrete bus stopping pads, curb ramps, accessible paths, signage, and landscaping. The estimated value of the contract is between $5,000,001 and $10,000,000. The project duration is 487 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. • The project covers approximately 12 miles of the planned 20-mile corridor. • The work includes upgrading existing bus stop landing areas, accessible paths, and sidewalk curb ramps to meet PROWAG standards. • Additional improvements include the installation of bus bulbs, dedicated bus lanes, a bike path, signage and wayfinding, and Transit Signal Priority (TSP) upgrades. • The project is a Federally Funded Project, and the contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations.
