The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a contractor to perform demolition, removal, and restoration activities at three facilities: DEN TANK in Denver, CO, RVS OM in Tulsa, OK, and TJY OM in Tulsa, OK. The contractor will be responsible for conducting all work in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements, and for obtaining necessary permits and approvals. The contractor will also be required to submit a draft and final work plan, and to provide a brief closeout report at the completion of the project. Key aspects of the job include: • Demolition and removal of on-site structures and infrastructure • Restoration of disturbed areas, including filling and leveling low areas, compacting and re-grading the site, and supplying clean fill material • Obtaining necessary permits and approvals • Submitting a draft and final work plan • Providing a brief closeout report The FAA is looking for a contractor with experience in demolition, removal, and restoration activities, and with the ability to work in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements.
