The New York State Department of Transportation is requesting pricing quotes for Protectosil BH-N concrete penetrating sealer. The total quantity required is 1,500 gallons, to be distributed amongst five delivery locations. Interested parties should submit a completed RFQ proposal to the designated contact persons by the due date. The contract term is 1 year. • The sealer should be on the NYSDOT Approved List 717-03 without dye due to equipment issues. • The purchase will be made pursuant to the discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law section 163(6). • The contract does not offer sufficient opportunities to set goals for participation by certified DBE, MWBE, and/or SDVOB firm subcontractors, service providers, and suppliers. • Bidders must be registered with the NYS Department of Labor to submit a bid. • The NYSDOT Purchasing Unit will accept inquiries and requests for clarification until 06/18/2025.
