The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information from vendors regarding their capability to provide Pharmacy OneSource Simplifi software licenses and maintenance support for eight VA sites in Texas. The software is a turnkey web-based quality management system that simplifies and automates ongoing compliance with essential USP Chapter 797 requirements for safety and risk mitigation. The VA is looking for vendors who can provide full-service setup and ongoing support throughout the period of performance, which is expected to be from December 14, 2025, through December 13, 2026, with four 12-month option periods. Vendors should provide information on their technical capability, corporate experience, and pricing.
