The City of Santa Clara is seeking a firm to provide full-service, large-scale event planning and production services for community engagement events and cultural programming. The selected firm will be responsible for conceptualization and design, cultural curation, event production and execution, vendor/talent management, and financial and risk oversight. The contract will be for an initial term of one year with the option to extend for up to four additional years. • The City intends to award a single contract to a firm that can provide the complete list of services. • The selected firm must have a minimum of three years' experience providing the requested services. • The firm must function seamlessly as an extension of the City Manager's Office, maintaining continuous collaboration with internal City staff and external stakeholders. • The mission of each event is to showcase Santa Clara's identity, highlight cultural assets, and engage residents, businesses, and visitors through dynamic, well-executed experiences.
