The State of CT - DAS Procurement is seeking qualified contractors to submit bids for crack filling and restriping services at several locations, including the Norwich Health Center, 34 East Town Street, Griswold Health Center, and Plainfield Health Center. The scope of work includes cleaning all cracks of debris and vegetation, applying hot rubberized crack sealant, and restriping the parking lots. The contractor should also repaint all parking stalls, handicap spaces, fire lanes, directional arrows, crosswalks, and loading zones or reserved spaces. • The contractor should bid out each location separately. • The contractor should clean all cracks of debris and vegetation. • The contractor should apply hot rubberized crack sealant. • The contractor should ensure a smooth, sealed finish suitable for striping. • The contractor should power blow and/or clean the surface prior to striping. • The contractor should remove old or faded markings as needed. • The contractor should repaint all parking stalls. • The contractor should repaint handicap spaces, including ADA-compliant symbols and signage markings. • The contractor should repaint fire lanes, if applicable. • The contractor should repaint directional arrows, if applicable. • The contractor should repaint crosswalks, if applicable. • The contractor should repaint loading zones or reserved spaces.
