The Grosse Pointe Public School System is seeking bids for fire alarm improvements at Grosse Pointe North High School and Grosse Pointe South High School. The work includes removal and replacement of existing fire alarm systems, components, and devices, as well as installation of new voice evacuation systems. The project also involves removal and replacement of existing suspended ceiling tiles as required. The contractor will be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with the job site, conditions, and specifications prior to submitting their bid. • The bid documents will be available to prime contractors starting December 16, 2025, and can be obtained by contacting the Architect, Ehresman Architects. • A Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond valued at 5% of the proposer's maximum bid amount is required. • The bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education or the Superintendent. • The bids must also be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance - Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
