Palm Beach County's Human Resources department is seeking auditing services to review its processes related to job analysis, employment examination development, predictive validity of selection tools, and position description creation. The audit will include a review of all selection procedures utilized in hiring, promotion, demotion, referral, and retention. The selected respondent will provide services for a 12-month period with four possible 12-month renewal options. The respondent must have at least 5 years of experience in the area of specialty within Human Resources and must include benchmarks of best practices from at least three agencies of similar size and structure. • The audit will review job analysis processes, position descriptions, work samples, physical requirements, job relatedness, validity study processes, pre-screening selection processes, candidate selection processes, and performance evaluations. • The respondent must identify any issues of adverse impact and provide recommendations for correction, modification, or improvement. • The respondent must create workflow and processing materials for new and/or currently established work processes and provide training to existing staff. • The respondent must comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations applicable to the services contemplated. • The respondent must have a drug-free workplace program in place.
