The County of Greenville Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism is seeking preventative maintenance and repair services for HVAC systems at park facilities throughout Greenville County. The selected vendor will be required to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, licensed supervision, manpower, and incidentals necessary to provide preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance HVAC services. The scope of work includes quarterly preventive maintenance services at the Greenville County Aquatics Complex and other facilities, as well as routine and emergency services during business hours and outside of business hours. The vendor must also provide service orders on company letterhead, quotes for needed repairs, and approved service orders with invoices for each project. Some key points to consider: • The vendor must provide quarterly preventive maintenance services for Munters and Trane units at the Greenville County Aquatics Complex and other facilities. • The vendor must provide routine and emergency services during business hours and outside of business hours. • The vendor must respond to service requests within four hours during business hours and within 24 hours outside of business hours. • The vendor must provide service orders on company letterhead, quotes for needed repairs, and approved service orders with invoices for each project. • The vendor must ensure that technicians wear company uniforms and use marked vehicles. • The vendor must ensure that technicians refrain from smoking, vaping, use of profanity, and possession of alcoholic beverages on County property.
