The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for the renewal of SEER for Software - Estimator Edition Annual Seat License. The contract will be awarded to Golorath Incorporated, as they are the OEM and only they can provide the required renewal of maintenance and support. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, but a competitive quote will not be requested.
