The County of Orange is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Maintenance, Repair and Operation (MRO) supplies, parts, and materials. The selected contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive offering of MRO supplies, including appliances, material handling repairs, air filters, batteries, electrical, fasteners, hand tools, HVAC, lighting, lamps, ballast, fixtures, material handling repairs, motors, outdoor equipment, paint and equipment supplies, plumbing, pneumatic tools, power tools and accessories, safety, security, welding and soldering, and other miscellaneous MRO supplies. The contractor must have a distribution model capable of delivering products countywide and provide an online catalog of products and services offered. The contract will be for a period of at least 365 calendar days from the closing date and time of receipt. • The contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the MRO supply industry and demonstrated sales in Orange County. • The contractor must provide a complete and comprehensive offering of MRO supplies. • The contractor must have a distribution model capable of delivering products countywide. • The contractor must provide an online catalog of products and services offered. • The contractor must propose related services to MRO currently being offered in the industry.
